Description of Position:
- Responsible for all the accounts & commercial aspects of projects.
- Maintenance of all financials of market related activities.
- Business linkages related logistics is part of the role.
- Wherein he has to take care of the necessary statutory requirements and payments follow-up.
- Ensure all vouchers are prepared, authenticated and approved on time.
- Ensure implementation of prescribed accounting systems for partnering NGOs.
- Work in coordination with partnering NGOs to ensure closing of audit points, which come as a directive from the Financial Superintendent, MSK.
- Ensure prior approval is taken from management for deviations from planned expenditure.
- Ensure regular update of books of accounts of partnering NGOs and certification of quarterly accounts.
- Ensure regular ¿report backs¿ from partnering NGOs.
- Conduct periodical checks through field visits to physically verify that all prescribed processes are adhered to by partnering NGOs.
- Coordinate routine audits, quarterly CDA (Corporate Divisional Audit), Internal audit with partnering NGOs.
- Ensure effective handling of financial audit issues.
- Visit of all NGOs and checking the accounts wrt. to S&P compliance and other issues at least once in a quarter. Visits can be more frequent as per requirement as advised by PM.
- Device report backs for all business led activities & project finances and ensure the updation on monthly basis and personally validated once in a quarter during field visits.
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum: B. Com.
- Preferred: I.C.W.A. (Inter) or M. Com
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years in the field (and preferably with NGOs)
